Combined Insurance is currently seeking a Benefits Advisor/Sales for our Owatonna, MN office. As a Benefits Advisor/Sales, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to potential clients, providing guidance on available benefits, and assisting customers in selecting the best coverage options for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on various insurance products and services offered by Combined Insurance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting insurance products and closing sales.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on the latest insurance sales techniques and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Insurance Sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
